Q: How do I update my information or change my password?

A: When you are logged in, you may update your personal information or change your password by clicking on the My Account tab. Click on the "Edit your account information", "Change your password", or "Modify your address book entries" links, type your new information or password then click on the Continue button, at the bottom to save your changes.  

Q: I'm not a member of PayPal. Can I still order products from Sew Many Blocks?

A: Yes, you can purchase our products without being a member of PayPal. We process our payment transactions through PayPal but they accept all major credit cards, debit cards and echecks as well as a PayPal account.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Sorry, a refund will not be issued for downloadable patterns. If you have a question about a pattern you purchased or trouble understanding it, contact us.

Q: What is your copyright policy?

A: Sew Many Blocks (Julie Wilcox) holds the copyright to all images, patterns, and designs on this site. If you'd like to use any of the images or designs, please contact us. If you have purchased one of our patterns, feel free to use the pattern to make as many quilts, pin cushions, card holders, pillows, etc., as you'd like. We only ask for acknowledgement on the label, advertising, or packaging if you plan to sell, auction, donate, or enter the item in a competition. If you have a question that isn't covered here, feel free to contact us.

Q: What program do you recommend for viewing the downloadable patterns or printing them?

A: For best results, open our downloadable patterns in Adobe Acrobat. If you would like to print the downloadable pattern, make sure the "Fit to page" option is selected in Acrobat and you're all set. 

Q: How do I share pictures of completed projects or pattern questions/corrections with you?

A: We love hearing from customers. If you've made something from one of our patterns and would like to share a photo with us, please send it through the contact form or share it with us on FacebookGoogle+, PinterestTwitter, or Linkedin. If you have a question or found an error, let us know through the contact form, and we'll investigate the issue, send helpful information, or get the correction made as soon as possible. 

Q: Do you have an affiliate program?

A: At this time we are not offering an Affiliate Program but may do so in the future.
