Changing a Template's Background Color PDF Print E-mail

watch_videoThe template's background color can be changed to any color you desire. A color picker has been provided in the template administration area for your convience. The following instructions and video tutorial demonstrates the process for changing a template's background color. It is best to have the frontend and the backend of your website displayed in indvidual browser tabs. Open the template administration in the backend of Joomla 1.5.

When the template's background color is changed the module suffixes will also display the same background color that you have chosen, unless you have set up a custom module color.

1.  Choose a color from the Color Picker
2.  Select and copy the color number (Hex)

3.  Paste it into the Background Color # field
4.  Click on the Apply or Save button, located in the top, right of the window.
5.  In the Frontend of the website click on the Refresh button or right click to reload to see the background color change.
