Helping Hand Pro. The Helping Hand Pro time is not based on a monthly
limit, it is available for you until it is used up. We do not round up
when it comes to time worked; the actual time used will be subtracted
from your balance. You may purchase another block of time
whenever it is needed.
Orchid Helping Hand Pro is available for customers that purchase Orchid or Orchid ECommerce website services and covers the following services:
- Installation of components, modules, mambots/plugins and templates.
- Orchid website troubleshooting
- Uploading, editing and configuring content for your Orchid website (Written content and graphics are provided by you, the client, and must be in a digital format. i.e. Microsoft Word document, .png. jpg)
- Training in working with the website both in the Frontend and Administration area.
- Answering any questions about Orchid.
- Other help requests? There may be additional Helping Hand Pro service needs that we haven’t thought of, so feel free to ask.
