A friend of mine once said that passwords are like underwear; we need
to change them quite often. By changing your password/passwords
regularly you make it more difficult for people to find out or guess,
thus increasing your level of protection.
If a person steals
your password they can use this information to open accounts, purchase
goods, apply for credit cards or mortgages. You may not notice until
it’s too late.

More and more we find ourselves in front of a computer monitor for
long periods of time. Sometimes you may notice that your eyes hurt
and/or your head aches. Eyestrain may be the cause. Although research
has not found any serious long-term consequence so far, eyestrain can
be uncomfortable and disruptive to our lives.
According to the Mayo Clinic some of the common signs and symptoms of computer eyestrain include:
•Sore, tired, burning or itching eyes
•Watery eyes
•Dry Eyes
•Blurred or double vision
•Difficulty shifting focus between monitor and paper
documents
•Color fringes or afterimages when you look away from the monitor
•Increased sensitivity to light.
To reduce eyestrain and give eyes a much-needed rest try some of the following tips.

Upgrading any computer whether it be a Macintosh or a Wintel PC
has always been somewhat problematic and at times frustrating. The
previous fact made a re-emergence in my life recently when I finally
decided to upgrade from my trusty old PowerPC driven Macintosh to a
shiny new Intel based iMac, only this particular change included
additional frustrations beyond just the need to upgrade a large amount
of my applications.

Don’t give up on your iPod shuffle, there is a way to fix it. A while back some of the first generation shuffles developed a problem.
Once the shuffle is turned on and the Play button is pushed the lights on the shuffle start flashing from green to orange but won’t play any music or won’t sync to a computer. For Mac users the shuffle will not mount on the desktop. For Windows PC users the shuffle appears in the My Computer area as a Removable Disk but will not mount correctly.
Apple has provided an iPod Shuffle Reset Utility to fix this problem.
The Reset Utility restores your shuffle with version 1.1.5 software.
You will need to have the Admin user password for your computer to use
this utility.
Here is the URL with the instructions and download links for both Mac and Windows PCs:

Digital imagery comes in many different forms. Some of the types are
digital photography, scanning and the one you don’t do yourself stock
images. All three of these different digital resources can be
invaluable resources to your digital multimedia endeavors.
Digital photography is my personal favorite because this digital
content creation method allows you to gather subject matter from just
about anywhere. In order to make the best use of this media you will
have to get a digital camera that meets your needs. You can check out
websites like, http://www.dpreview.com/
,to get an idea of what features you might want. I find that if your
doing any kind of digital publication work then you should buy a
digital camera that has at least a 5 mega pixel CCD. The bigger the
number related to the CCD the better quality digital pictures that your
digital camera will be able to take. A few other things that you will
want to consider when purchasing a digital camera is the quality of the
cameras user interface, how long the battery lasts, whether the battery
is rechargeable or not, what type of media the camera uses and the
quality of the cameras lenses and flash.
